Kobolds

The little kobold. It’s only two feet tall. It weighs little more than a human toddler. And it’s responsible for the deaths of millions.
In many lands, the kobold represents little more than minor obstacle. And it remains true that a single one of these sadistic little creatures presents little threat to many adventurers. Unfortunately for many a lost soul and grieving widow, rare is it that a kobold is found alone or when alone, a dozen more of the reptilians are probably hidden nearby.
Kolbolds have inhabited the Endworld mountains for some time. There have been a few isolated incidents of violence with the local Dragonborn but nothing that would hamper industrious activities. They are actually rumoured to have trade links with towns in the Endworld mountains.

Additional
Kobolds that live in the Endworld Mountains of western Q’Barra began as several small primitive tribes seeking out an existence in the mountain ranges natural caves. Over time they began to connect various different communities together in a series of complex cave networks. As a result of this exploration they begin to coalesce into a large unified community and they now have an organised hierarchy within various large tribes where the strong or magically capable rule. They believe that the general purpose of life is to become as close as possible to the dragons that bore them so long ago.
They also placed intricate traps throughout their tunnels as an early warning system to alert/rid them of intruders and rouge kobolds. The traps were also used to kill/capture creatures to supplement the kobolds other food sources.
As they dug out the mountains’ inside they also began to mine ore of varying kinds. The kobolds viewed precious stones such as Onyx and Black Diamond that they found above all other metals and minerals that they mined. The reasoning behind was that they believe that these stones would make those in proximity to large amounts of gain draconic features and powers.
